Summary

It was written about A.D. 67. After Paul's release from Rome he traveled throughout the known world. Finally he was arrested and sent back to Rome. This time the arrest was by the Romans rather than the Jews. He wrote this as his last letter, expecting that he would soon be condemned to die.
